According to AllGood’s attorney, Ira Meyerowitz, of the law firm of Meyerowitz Jekielek PLLC, “ the Jacksons and their manager must be held accountable for violating plaintiff’s rights under a contract which was signed two full months prior to AEG’s 02 London agreement.” (Michael) Jackson had made repeated assurances that he wished to perform the disputed concert after the star returned from his London shows. “When pressed to commit on a date, Jackson and his manager both reneged,” Meyerowitz said.

Michael Jackson has been plagued with rumors about his health for years. With 50 concerts booked for the historic “This Is It” run at London’s O2 Arena, oddsmakers are already taking bets that the "King of Pop" won’t have the strenght to take the stage. But a report of the Los Angeles Times takes a glance at Jackson’s rehearsals for the shows, which reportedly last six hours a day, four days a week with a team of 10 hand-selected dancers coordinated by the famous coreographer Kenny Ortega.

“It’s going to be the biggest, most technologically advanced arena show — and the most expensive — ever mounted,” said Randy Phillips, AEG Live CEO, the company staging the $20 million production. The show will reportedly feature more than 22 different sets, while the set list will contain between 18 to 22 songs. Phillips added that Jackson is ready both physically and mentally for the 50 concert shows. The rehearsal will move to the UK at the middle of June.

Raymone Bain represented Jackson around the time of his 2005 trial, which ended when the singer was acquitted. Bain was also made general manager of the Michael Jackson Company, overseeing the performer's business affairs, in 2006.

"Despite the action I have been compelled to take for professional and business reasons, when looking back, I have no regrets," she said. "Michael Jackson, in my opinion, is the 'King of Pop,' and I wish him, and his family, only the best." She is the latest of several former Jackson advisers and partners who have sued the singer recently.
