LOS ANGELES - A judge has granted a request by the California Medical Board to suspend the license of Michael Jackson's personal physician to practice in the state.

Michael Jackson's doctor will face a criminal trial for involuntary manslaughter, it has been ruled.

Judge Michael Pastor said today there is sufficient evidence to warrant a case against Dr Conrad Murray following this week's preliminary hearing.

Il giudice Michael Pastor ha deliberato che Conrad Murray, il dottore coinvolto nella morte di Michael Jackson, dovra' affrontare un processo per omicidio colposo.

Pastor ha detto che ci sono abbastanza prove per garantire un processo contro Murray.
