Michael Jackson has amicably resolved a lawsuit filed last Wednesday by a Beverly Hills pharmacy claiming the singer owed more than $100,000 for prescription drugs during the past two years, his spokesperson said Friday. According to various sources, Jackson owed $101,926 and had made his last payment in mid-2005. "Mikey Fine Pharmacy has been paid" said Jackson's PR. A lawyer representing the pharmacy initially declined comment on the lawsuit, and did not immediately return a phone call late Friday regarding Jackson's publicist comment. This action related to the administration of Mr. Jackson’s finances, which has been transitioned away from his former business managers. Michael filed a lawsuit against his former business managers, Bernstein, Fox, Whitman, Goldman and Sloan, LLP, on December 22 2006.
